This document governs the contract between ZH Necessity and you the customer

1. Introduction
These terms apply to all sales made through ZH Necessity . By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. This site is operated by ZH Necessity.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

• Offer and Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
• Pricing: All prices include VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which are clearly shown before checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Delivery and Risk

• We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days. We use Royalmail tracked and inpost both with home delivery and insured to cover the full order amount including delivery cost. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
• If we cannot meet a delivery deadline, we will inform you and offer a full refund.

4. Returns and Cancellations (Consumer Rights)

• Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to change your mind and request a refund.
• Process: You must notify us via email > cfcapshack@yahoo.com and return the goods in their original condition at your own cost.
• Exceptions: Personalised, perishable, or sealed hygiene products (if unsealed) cannot be returned.

5. Faulty Goods
If products are faulty or misdescribed, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Liability and Governing Law

• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales
